Northlands Denesuline First Nation Lagoon and SAGR

Construction of a 2 cell lined and aerated lagoon along with 2 lined and aerated SAGR cells with effluent outfall for the community of Lac Brochet.  The project also included a new lift station, force main and access road to the new lagoon.  A blower building and storage facility was constructed with a concrete foundation and pre-engineered building to house the mechanical equipment.  Permafrost and rock removal were required for the excavation of the lagoon and SAGR cells.  SAGR stone was blasted, crushed and washed locally.  Upgrades to 3 existing lift stations were also added to the project scope during the construction.
