New 675 m2 nursing station & 4 bi-level nurses residences totaling 890m2, $8,36M, completed in 2016. All structures were wood framed construction placed on pad, pier and grade beam foundations.
The nursing station had an energy efficient building envelope with insulation, brick veneer and pre-finished metal siding. The building also had a cost-effective heating system complimented by high quality windows. The floor was a wood joist system, interior partitions were stainless steel and a wood truss roof with asphalt shingles.
