New 1 356 m² nursing station with upgrades to civil infrastructure, roads and parking lots. 

This was a wood framed structure placed on concrete footings and grade beams. It had exposed wood beams finish in the lobby, high-efficiency building envelope and sheet metal roofing. The scope of work also included the relocation of two RTM trailers and one two-story duplex used as nursing residences.  

The Nursing Station featured a full emergency room, X-Ray/ radiology room, dental office and many other conveniences that aimed to delivering care and comfort to its patience and staff.
