NDL Construction Ltd. provided general contractor services of the Sewage Lagoon and Related Works in Kugluktuk for the Government of Nunavut. The project included numerous design changes due to site conditions and challenges related to permafrost. In addition to a HDPE lined lagoon the contract work included numerous upgrades to the Kugluktuk landfill and incineration of 1000’s of liters of used oil other petro carbons that had accumulated at the landfill over numerous years.
