A new two-story structural steel building on a pad, pier and grade beam foundation this 5,113 m² (55,036 sq. ft.) building, divided into two parts: a community core including a gymnasium and cafeteria, and a separate two-story educational wing dedicated to elementary school and high school. Overall energy use and heat recovery were carefully considered for the building envelope and all mechanical and electrical systems. The educational wing featured a cafeteria, library, computer room and all other amenities a K-12 school can think of.
