Supply and installation of modular facilities that house the hydrogen generator used to fill the region’s weather balloons. Modular units are comprised of two sea cans placed together and are joined to already existing inflation buildings. They are being installed in Egbert, ON., Resolute Bay & Iqaluit NU., and Inuvik, Norman Wells and Baker Lake NWT. 

The foundations for the project vary from helical piles to concrete slabs depending on the location. Also included in the contract is the modifications to the existing on-site buildings in order for them to accept the new modular units.
