NDL Construction Ltd. provided General Contractor services for the construction of the Health Facility and Nurses Residences (separate contract) in South Indian Lake, MB. This project was founded on concrete piers to rock and rock socketed steel piles. The concrete grade beams supported a wood building that included exam rooms, offices, emergency room, professional temporary residences, lab, and x-ray room. NDL Construction also constructed 8 nurses’ residences on the same site under a separate contract.
