Part of the Lake Winnipeg School Bundle, this new kindergarten to grade 10, 2850m2 wood and block framed new school with structural slab foundation, steel stud framing, SBS modified bitumen roofing system and steel siding. This new school includes a science lab, home ec classroom, gymnasium, and many classrooms. Above these, there is also an industrial kitchen, common cafeteria, music classrooms, fitness room and much more. 

Exterior improvements include new soccer, baseball, basketball and playground areas. There are also exterior teaching & gardening areas, fire pits, and toboggan hills. Other structures include a new garage and warehouse. To be noted that the entire project was designed to accommodate a 50% expansion should the community see a need to augment the capacity.
