NDL Construction Ltd. is an experienced construction company with a diverse range of expertise. Since its incorporation in 1974, NDL has worked extensively in the Northwest Territories, northern Manitoba and Ontario, and has been involved in projects in the United States as well as Germany.
NDL goes to great measures to maintain close partnering relationships within the communities and organizations who we work with, and is approachable for consultation on various project options. From building and maintaining winter roads, gravel crushing, batching concrete, to building reservoirs and sewer and water treatment facilities, NDL has the experience to handle infrastructure projects in northern and isolated communities.
Commercial
NDL has had the privilege of working on some complex architectural designs, and has proven its professional workmanship time and time again. Schools, arenas, Northern Stores and community complexes are a few examples of the types of commercial work done.
Residential
Although most of the work completed by NDL is medium to large scale, it has worked together with communities on duplex, housing, and apartment construction.
